1) Peel potatoes and garlic. Cut the potatoes into cubes and add both the potatoes and the garlic to boiling water. Cook about 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain.
2) Put potatoes and garlic in a mixing bowl and add ¼ cup butter and ½ cup heated chicken stock. Mix until butter is melted and potatoes are smooth
3) Add 1 tsp. Rosemary and salt and pepper. Mix in bowl until blended.
